It has been almost 5 months since we started using an Ipad + pencil in our regular cafe sketching sessions and we couldn´t be happier.
The most incredible thing this way of sketching has given us is the oportunity to experiment with colors & textures you can´t usually get with the regular sketchbook.
It is also funny how your perception changes when you switch your tools, suddenly you start aproaching the same things you usually do with a new light, how do you incorporate the color, the atmosferic light, the materials, the textures. It has also contribuited in how long you spend on each drawing.
Sometimes switching tools is just the correct answe.
